Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Congress Members
Development plans for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also included in this recent document disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and features a notes section detailing various areas of the estate.
In addition to this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including plans for marina coverings.
More documentation made public as part of the continuing oversight process.
